Q: What is included in the packaging with the LED Lightbox?
A: All of our LED Lightboxes come packaged with a metal hanging string except the A4 size, which comes with a screw-in desk stand instead

Q: How long do the LED Lightboxes last?
A: The expected lamp life of the LEDs is up to 100,000 hours.

Q: What warranty comes with the LED Lightboxes?
Our lightboxes come with 1 year limited warranty.

Q: Do the lightboxes have a high power consumption?
A: Because LEDs are the light source, each lightbox consumes very low electricity (one eighth of the consumption of an incandescent bulb and half that of a fluorescent tube).

Q: How environmentally friendly are the LED lightboxes?
A: LED lighting is environmentally friendly, with no gas emission like fluorescent light produces, and no mercury used.

Q: Are the lightboxes for indoor or outdoor use?
A: The lightboxes we stock are designed for indoor use. If outdoor use is required, we can order in lightboxes for this purpose (approx 10% higher cost and 6-8 week delivery time)

Q: Can I order custom sized lightboxes?
A: Yes – we can make a maximum of 2 metres in length for a LED lightbox. Please contact us to place a custom order.
